We successfully rigged two absorption chillers into a LEED-certified residential building at Battery Park City in NYC. The client purchased BROAD chillers for a similar building in 2018. Navigating the narrow streets of New York City made this a challenging operation. BROAD new chillers will further enhance the building’s sustainable green practices. BROAD Group

BROAD higher capacity steam chillers passed OSHPD seismic tests for California Hospitals in July 2025. The only absorption chiller in the USA holds the seismic certification! A total weight of 74630lbs!!
