Tip from an old Yooper on quick fixing sled radiators without taking them off. This guy threw a track stud right into the heat exchanger and was stranded out on the trails. Lucky for him we are open 24 hours a day nights and weekends for all repairs big and small!

New Year New building!! We underwent a lot of changes last year and we are excited to announce that we are back open and have finally secured our dream location at KI Sawyer! A huge thank you to all the people that reached out with words of encouragement and the customers that supported us in this time of transition.

Hello Everyone!!! I'm back!!!!
As some of you may know I just completed the first step of a life long goal of sailing the world. My fiance Alyssa, our dog Gooey and I sailed our 37 foot Legend sailboat 4827 nautical miles from Marquette to the Bahamas! I'm back in the shop full time till January 2026 when we will be sailing south America until May 2026 with the hopes of making it around the world by sailing a couple months out of the year. A huge thank you to all my customers that make it possible for me to live out my dreams at a young age.

4 years ago today I started Solid Bloch. At a big transition point in my life I decided that I wanted to do something I was really passionate about that allowed me to live where I wanted (Marquette). The last 4 years have been the hardest both mentally and physically, but also the most rewarding years of my life. I can't thank all of my customers enough for your business, you allow me to every day do what I love and that's truly the best feeling in the world.

Top End Tuesday! Here we have both heads from a 04 Yamaha F225 V6 outboard. All seal surfaces where faced, all valves and ports were cleaned and lapped along with some new exhaust valves.
