• Create & manage repair orders
• Enter parts and track inventory
• Order parts, handle returns & cores
• Manage accounts receivable & payable
• Send statements, take payments, keep paperwork organized
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and techs
• Keep the shop running smoothly behind the scenes

• Strong communicator
• Good with computers and learning new systems

• Experience in automotive or truck repair is a bonus, but not required
