ESR Racing

We know people have been having questions about what is going on with Eddie and ESR RACING, here is a quick update, to extend the ability to make products affordable and at the quantity we need, Eddie has been digging into finding a new foundry to produce our castings for cylinders, cases, and side covers. This has turned out to be much more difficult than expected, already dealing with several places we are continue to hope to find the right match.

Another big problem several know about is the cnc issues; when the shop was moved to Oregon, the new machine should have been perfect and vaulted our ability and quantity to the next level. After fighting it for over 2 years the decision was made to go back to a Cnc machine more similar to what we had in California. The machine was installed and up and running for a few weeks, machining cases just how we like, but then it had a spindle encoder issue. This has been a set-back and taking care of this problem has taken much longer than expected. We look forward to getting back on track once this machine is up and running again.

Don’t worry guys, just some minor technical difficulties with the website..
Some other good news is the CNC machine that’s been such a headache for the last 2 years is gone. The replacement should hopefully be here soon and everything can then get back on track.

Shop will be closed October 1-4th, parts will ship out on the morning of the 30th before we head out to the Wiseco 2 Stroke National at Glen Helen. Come by and check out the Lund MX "worst bike on Craigslist" build where we will be supporting Mike Alessi and Broc Shoemaker in the pro class and anyone else with an ESR kit.

We know it’s been a long wait. Tiered of getting spanked by your buddy on his yz325? Time to step up the game. The 1992-2001 cr250 325 kits are done and ready to go. In standard or CEO for maximum power. We can’t wait to see some of the Honda builds topped off with a ESR big bore again.
