We've encountered some customers find us here and say that they're having problems in installing the product, or the fitment doesn't match etc.. Somtimes, they got angry because they didn't find a specific person in charge of it. In fact, we have some dealers/colleagues on charge of the selling. Thus, if you have any problem with your products, it is better to contact the store where you bought the products.
We recommend that you shall unpack and inspect the product as soon as you receive it. Most products require specialized installation knowledge, especially turbos, and improper handling can also affect product performance.
