Counter sales position
Job requirements:
Candidates must have an understanding of the automotive industry and prior experience selling new and used parts.
Candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be able to
multi-task. Must have computer proficiency
Must follow up with customers
Team oriented, flexible and focused on a high level of customer service
Job duties:
● Answer phone calls and greet walk in customers
● Assist our customers by using our yard management software to identify the correct part needed for our customers. This will involve identifying year,make and model of vehicles. Accuracy is imperative.
● Creating purchase orders as necessary when parts are purchased for resale from other yards/vendors
● Accepting payments, making sure all parts are billed correctly
● Follow up on refunds, returns and replacing parts
● Must treat all customers with respect no matter the size of the part or purchase price. All our customers matter.
● Call customers who haven't purchased parts from us in a while. Look for new business sources to contact to tell about our services and products. Be motivated to reach new sales goals and find new ways to increase our revenue.
● MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER
