Meet the team at CMN Welding and Hydraulics!

Hey everyone my name is Randy Decker, I am the Chief Operating Officer for CMN Welding and Hydraulics, what that means, is when you have a project that comes into the shop, I have overlooked, inspected, worked close with Matt (my business partner), and finalized how we move forward with said project. I also run most sales and estimates for our Hydraulics Department.

I graduated from Osakis Highschool, were I focused on majority shop classes! I served in the U.S Army, for 6 years with one deployment to Iraq 2011-2012. While serving in the Military I worked as a Commercial Overhead Door Installation Technician. After my military career I attended Alexandria Technical and Community College for Health and Fitness Trainer, as well as Metallurgy, and Welding. I worked at a small local shop in Alexandria, where I learned my extensive knowledge in hydraulics repair.

I have a vast background and specialize in, manual machining to include, Bridgeport knee mills and LaBlonde engine lathes. Tight tolerance and detailed matches are my strong suite and allow me to produce high end sourced parts within our hydraulics department and the rest of the company.

I am married with 3 wonderful kids, and my wife and I also foster 2 vulnerable adults. My longtime hobbies are, hunting (Duck, Deer and Pheasant), fishing, riding my motorcycle, and spending good old quality time with my family.

Meet the team at CMN Welding and Hydraulics!

Hey everyone, my name is Matthew Doubek, I typically go by "Matt", and or "Hew" I am CMN Welding and Hydraulics, Chief Financial Officer. What that means is, when you call, CMN for a quote, work to be done, price check and or anything else in that matter, you get to speak directly with me. I work closely with Randy, (my business partner) to make it happen, and I run the majority of the sales, bidding, and finalization of what happens at CMN to meet and or exceed your expectations!

I Graduated from Melrose Area Highschool in 2012, while I was there, I specialized in taking majority shop and welding classes. Beyond Melrose Highschool, before I graduated, I Enlisted in the Army at 17 Years old in 2011, and went directly into the United States Army, where I am currently serving with 15 years of service. I am also currently a Melrose Archery Coach, which I whole heartedly LOVE!

I am married and have 4 kids, and 4 foster kids, totaling 8 kids. These wonderful children are my world! While serving, I have also gain experience in leadership roles such as, Corrections Enforcement Officer for the Minnesota Department of Correction, Assistant Manager at PAMS Auto, and Staff Operations Training Specialist, full time for the Army Reserve.

I have an extensive background in custom G Code work, (CNC Plasma, 3D printing, and CNC table routers) that allows me to produce in house sourced parts within CMN Welding and Hydraulics.

I take pride in everything that I do, I strive to meet the customers overall, expectations, picture, and dream. I have partnered and ran CMN Welding since August of 2023!

My current and longtime hobbies include, hunting, (Deer, Duck, and Pheasant), fishing, spending time with family (especially my kids), and hanging out and socializing at local events, in the mid MN area!

Total overhaul underway on this customers Cylinder.

Fire and hydraulic cylinders don’t mix, and for the most part, require extensive repairs.
