This white oak log almost maxed out our 52” sawmill, with its crotch coming in at 46” wide! That’s a big log! We cut the outside slabs 2” thick and 4 slabs at 3” thick. This was one of the most beautiful logs we have had on the sawmill and pictures don’t do it justice. Stickered and stacked to air dry for now…

Milled up some beautiful ambrosia maple and cherry to start air drying for several months before it heads to the kiln. Pictures don’t do this wood justice!
