KT Builder is a company with over 35 years of providing award winning construction manager/general contractor services. We are seeking resumes only at this time for a possible team member to serve as a site superintendent.
DUTIES:
-Daily on site supervision and coordination of subcontractors addressing quality and adherence schedule.
-Coordination and inspection of safety compliance.
-Monitor and direct phases of construction.
-Responsive to the changing needs of the owners/user groups.
-Assist the subcontractor community in addressing the plans and specifications of the project.
-Constant and effective communication with the Project Manager and project team.
REUIREMENTS:
-5 plus years of experience
-High School diploma/GED and college degree a plus.
-Strong oral and written communication skills.
-Proven problem solving skills and willingness to take responsibility to lead people by example.
-Good computer skills
-Exposure to project software a plus.
-Organized and ability to see challenges through completion. Can multi-task.
-Goal and schedule driven.
-Physical requirements include: Walking, sitting, standing, have the ability to get around a construction site unassisted, ladder climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds. Reading, writing and ability to type.
KT Builder offers a competitive full time salaried position, overnight travel may be required. Health benefits, life insurance, paid time off, Holiday pay, and bonuses.
