This Halloween, **October 31st**, from **7:00 AM to 6:00 PM**, we're opening our doors for a safe and sweet celebration. Both our **Main Store** and the **Power Center** will be participating, transformed into festive stops brimming with delightful treats for all our visiting trick-or-treaters. 🎃
Bring your costumes, your biggest smiles, and your trick-or-treat bags, because we can't wait to share some Halloween cheer with you. It's our way of saying thank you to our wonderful community and celebrating the season with some harmless frights and plenty of sweet rewards! 🍬

We're having such a fantastic day here today, enjoying this beautiful weather as we celebrate you, our valued customers! There's face painting, giveaways, raffles, and plenty of delicious hot dogs and hamburgers to go around.

We're also so grateful for the many wonderful volunteers from the community who have come out to lend a hand and make this day extra special. It truly makes us feel blessed to be part of such a supportive community.

Re: Credit Card Issues

Dear valued customers:

In late October of 2023, we experienced a power outage that lasted for several days, which resulted in an internal network failure and caused the store to operate in off-line mode during the power outage. For your convenience, while the store was in off-line mode, we continue to accept bank card and credit card transactions for your store purchases. Once power and internet connectivity are restored, the off-line
credit card purchases are automatically uploaded and charged to respective customers credit card accounts.

However, we recently discovered that due to a glitch in our point-of-sale system, these credit card charges were never uploaded to our credit card merchant services for processing. Unfortunately, due to this glitch, the credit card transactions did not go through and charge your credit cards properly back in October. These credit card
charges are starting to process and go through to charge your credit card now.

Please rest assured that this was merely an internal systems glitch. At no time did this issue pose a security risk to your private or financial information. We do not retain copies of your credit card number. The transaction files are encrypted and only accessible by our credit card merchant processing service.

We have resolved this issue and steps have been taken to prevent a reoccurrence in the future.

We deeply regret, and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
