Job Title:
Traveling Stainless Steel Welder & Fabricator (Process Piping & Field Installation)

We’re based out of Greenwood, WI — Traveling Road Position (Regional Field Work)

Schedule: Travel required (Project-based / Field schedule)

About the Job:
Wicked Welding and Fabrication is looking for a mobile, experienced TIG welder and fabricator to join our field crew. We handle sanitary stainless steel process piping, equipment installation, and tank/skid modifications inside active food, dairy, and beverage plants.

This isn't a stagnant shop job. You’re traveling to job sites, doing field fit-up, sanitary TIG welding, and executing installations directly on location. If you know how to work out of a rig, handle field installations without hand-holding, and take pride in clean stainless work while traveling, this is the position.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Traveling to active industrial job sites for process piping, equipment setting, and field fabrication.
* Field measuring, cutting, purging, and sanitary TIG welding of stainless steel tubing and piping.
* Working long hours on-site, adapting to plant environments, shutdowns, and tight project windows.
* Executing quality work independently or alongside the crew away from home base.

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of verifiable on-the-road traveling experience strictly in the food and beverage industry doing process piping and stainless steel.
* Proven mastery of sanitary TIG welding and stainless steel fabrication.
* Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
* Full willingness to travel for work and handle extended hours on the road.
* Ability to read P&IDs and blueprints and handle field fit-up without constant supervision.
* A relentless work ethic and self-reliance when working out in the field.

Our hearts are still so full after being able to bless nine local families with meals for Thanksgiving this year.

This week we were fortunate enough to be able to donate 9 turkey dinners to the Boys & Girls Club of Marshfield! We are very thankful that we as a business are able to help out in our community!

Additionally, we were able to donate 6 more turkey dinners to Lincoln Elementary in Marshfield to support more families in the community even more. We wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!

Last week we finished two 75 gallon jacketed tanks and headed out to the site for installation. Installed and piped in two days. If you have tank or process piping needs feel free to reach out.
