If you brew by the NYS Farm Brewery rules (60% grain and hops grown in NYS), you may even end up on tap at the brewery. You don't have a source for NYS grain or hops? COVID got you down? Here's a great deal that came my way. It's from The Homebrew Emporium. Great price on bulk grain. They are offering their customers Briess 2-row brewers malt at only $45 a bag and all other base malts are 20% off of full sack prices.
Place your order by May 2nd. Pick up between May 13th and May 16th. Grain must be picked up by the end of May or sacks will be full price.
