💙 Customer Service Week Spotlight: Meet Randon Summers!

Randon is our Customer Service Manager and has been part of the Penco team for 13 years! 🎉

His favorite part of the job is leading the Customer Service team and learning new things together.

While people may think his role mostly means handling the tough situations, Randon says a big part of what he does is helping customers and partners get what they need to get the job done — and making sure they walk away feeling good about the experience.

His advice for anyone working in Customer Service is a great reminder: 💬 “Don’t take things to heart. You’ll have good days, and some days are better than others. Every situation is a chance to learn.”

When asked to describe his team in three words, Randon chose:

⭐ Inspiring

Outside of work, Randon likes to cook to unwind, and his go-to snacks are honey roasted nuts and peach tea with honey.

Today we’re getting to know Connor, who has been with Penco for 4 years and will celebrate 5 years this March! 🎉

His favorite part of Customer Service is teaming up with coworkers to solve a problem, especially when the end result means getting to give a customer some good news.

His advice for anyone getting started in Customer Service is simple💬 “Be patient with yourself and customers.”

He describes our Customer Service team as fun, reliable and generous, while describing the job itself as somehow both chaotic and relaxed at the same time. 😂

Meet Vickie Lamora, a member of the Penco team for 13 years! 🎉

Vickie’s favorite part of Customer Service is working directly with customers and knowing she can help them when they need it.

Her best advice for anyone working in Customer Service? 💬 Always communicate.

“Conversations are not always easy, but customers do appreciate the communication.”

A few more things to know about Vickie: she loves a little adventure (and considers herself a bit of a daredevil!), loaded teas are her workday pick-me-up, and her favorite way to spend her free time is having all the kids over for family time and a cookout. ❤️

And when asked to describe our Customer Service team? “Never a dull moment!”
