Time lapse of a Toyota bumper I put together today, this took roughly an hour and a half start to finish, including designing the bumper and doing the dxf files for the winch plate, fairlead mount, and the frame plates. That dragon really speeds up the process of tube work.

Putting together a little aluminum fuel cell for this buggy. It’s roughly 12gallon on paper. tall ass has to have his seat so far back that a standard rectangular tank doesn’t fit, so I had to come up with something new for it.

I keep saying “when I tig this up” but I in fact am not tigging this up lol my aluminum tig is garbage. Dusting with FLM will be welding it out for me

Little bronco cage, tubes going through the roof are on disconnects so he can still pull the top off on nice days. Ignore my chain welded to the windshield frame 🤣 had to use a come along to pull it back straight to clear the cage from where he smashed a tree the other day.

Gonna be offering these bronco half cab cages as a WIY/DIY kit on my website soon, will come all pre bent and pre notched on my Dragon Tube cutter (except two tubes, but they’ll be scribed where to notch)
