Let's take a moment to acknowledge a major milestone for someone who’s truly one-of-a-kind. Ryan has been a vital part of the Sure Controls team for 25 years—and what a ride it’s been!

Over the years, Ryan has worn many hats, tackled countless challenges, and made a lasting impact in every role he’s taken on. Currently, he’s rocking it as our Customer Experience Manager, but no matter the title, Ryan brings a unique mix of dedication, cleverness, and unmatched wit to everything he does.

Let’s be honest: Ryan isn’t just incredible at his job—he’s also the co-worker who keeps us all on our toes and makes the workday a whole lot more fun. His sense of humor, sharp mind, and steady leadership make him the kind of teammate everyone wishes they had.

🚀 We had a blast hosting the Shiocton High School Engineering Class for a recent field trip at Sure Controls!

The students explored our facilities, got hands-on insight into real-world engineering applications, and connected with our incredible team. It was a day full of curiosity, learning, and inspiration—and we’re so proud to be a part of it.

A huge thank you to Terry Brei, Adelia Rumpel, Bryan Butelefski, Schmidt and Amanda Szekeres for making this event possible. Your passion and dedication created a truly memorable experience for these future engineers.

🔥 Sure Controls' Annual Chili Cook-Off: A Tradition of Flavor & Giving! 🔥

At Sure Controls, we believe in bringing the heat—both in automation solutions and in our annual Chili Cook-Off! 🌶️ Each year, our team gathers to put their best recipes to the test, with employees competing for the coveted title of Chili Champion.

This year, we spiced things up by adding a giving component. Employees who participated in the judging donated $5 each to support our Adopt-a-Family program, helping families in need during the holidays.

The result? A fantastic turnout, delicious chili, and a meaningful impact in our community.
