The GHS Athletic Boosters concession stands are an important fundraiser for athletic programs. We need your help and our organization can benefit from it!

💰 When you volunteer to work a shift in concessions, GYSBL receives financial support based on the sales for that day and hours you work. Every shift matters. Every hour helps. Every sale supports Greenville athletics!
We need people to help keep the concession stand OPEN. ⚾🥎

💡We are looking for new board members to join our strong and passionate leadership team, and seeking individuals who want to make a difference, give back to the league, and help support all GYSBL athletes.

⚙️We are currently looking to fill the following Board positions:
➡Treasurer
➡Umpire Coordinator
➡14U Baseball Director

Attendance at monthly board meetings & other events including but not limited to, pre-season coaches meeting umpire training clinic, organizational parent meeting, player evaluation, playoff games, etc. is expected.

⚾ BASEBALL SKILLS CLINIC ⚾

This is a great opportunity for young athletes to build confidence, improve their fundamentals, and have fun with friends in a positive, encouraging environment. Whether your player is new to the game or looking to sharpen their skills for next season, this clinic is for them!

🗣️Calling all 6-8u players to join our baseball clinic this Thursday!
Ages: 6, 7, 8 (follow age chart)
Cost: $25
Check in starting at 6 pm at GYSBL field 4 (Chase St)

💜Registration is still open for our 9-12u players as well!

📣DETAILS:
Skills: hitting, fielding, throwing, base running
What to bring: glove, bat, batting helmet
What to wear: cleats are preferred but tennis shoes are fine!

⚾ Join the GYSBL Board of Directors as our 14U Baseball Director! ⚾

We're looking for a passionate volunteer to help lead our 14U / MS Baseball Division and make a positive impact on our players, coaches, and families.

As the 14U Baseball Director, you will:
⚾ Coordinate team practice schedules
⚾ Recruit and support volunteer coaches
⚾ Serve as the primary point of contact for 14U coaches throughout the season
⚾ Assist with our Middle School baseball teams
⚾ Volunteer at GYSBL events throughout the year
⚾ Attend monthly Board of Directors meetings and help guide the future of our league

This is a rewarding leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys youth baseball, values teamwork, and wants to help provide a positive experience for our athletes.

No previous board experience is necessary! We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and passionate about serving our community.

Out of an abundance of caution, we have decided to postpone this week's baseball clinic to next week.

After reviewing the forecasted heat index and current air quality alerts, we believe this is the best decision to ensure the health and safety of our players. While we're disappointed to make this change, player safety will always be our top priority.
