Our family had a devastating loss last night!

Our very loved husband, dad, Oupa, and Oupa(2) (as the great-grand kids call him), and brother passed away after a brief battle with MDS (blood cancer). He is in the arms of his Lord and Savior.
He never met a stranger and would soon call you friend.
After immigrating to the US in and settling in SC in 1979, he started Greenville Transmission Clinic and for 35 years he worked hard, made many friends, and helped many.
After he retired in 2014, he played everyday with his beloved antique cars. He helped many with their antique cars too.

He loved his family and he prayed for all us everyday. We all knew he loved us and all in his special way.

No arrangements have been made and we will post once those have been done.

Honestly, we don’t know what we need right now, so I’ll just use Oupa’s words “I’m fine”. We don’t feel fine as earthly beings, but we rejoice in knowing with whom he walks with today. Whole, restored, healed, and with the one he loves most.
