We know the way we serve you starts back in the shop and in the office. The way we act, treat each, other, collaborate, and care for each other translates to how we show up for you. We hope you've sensed that every time Denise has answered your phone call or Chad has helped you spec a replacement unit.

And Chris's comment at the end of this video is completely right. We aren't going to leave you high and dry. There's a joke in there somewhere for pump maintenance... wet wells... high water... low water...

There's a reason we are constantly recommending this service...

The cost of preventative maintenance pales in comparison to the lost time and headache of dealing with a lift station failure. And Zach is right--those have a way of happening at the worst times.

We’ve been hard at work on this station rehab this week in Sharpsville, IN.

New pumps, fittings, valve systems, discharge piping, control panel, diagnostic telemetry, and custom aluminum flooring… all in the name of giving this municipality consistent, uninterrupted wastewater service.

And like every job, the solution is tailored exactly to what this customer needed.

It's an honor to serve the people of Sharpsville this week. We take it seriously that your people are trusting you to keep their toilets flushing and drains flowing, and by extension that trust is in us to deliver quality work that a community can rely on.
