It is with profound sadness that we share the news of the passing of Jerold "Jerry" Taylor, one of the visionary founders of American Tool & Engineering. Jerry, alongside Dennis, laid the foundation of our company in 1992, nurturing it from humble beginnings with 4 employees and 2 CNC machines into a thriving business with 2 locations and over 40 dedicated team members.
Jerry's passion, leadership, and commitment to excellence made American Tool & Engineering more than just a workplace β it was his second home. He took immense pride in every mold crafted, every employee mentored, and every life touched. His legacy is a testament to the power of family, community, and dedication.
As a family-owned business, we know the value of relationships, love, and support. Jerry's family, including his son, son-in-law, sister, brother-in-law, niece, and nephew, are part of the ATE family. We're grateful to have shared life's joys and challenges together.
We appreciate the outpouring of condolences and thoughts as we navigate this devastating loss. Jerry's memory will live on through the countless lives he touched and the company he built. Rest in peace, Jerry. Your legacy will forever be etched in our hearts and in the work we do every day.
Public Visitation will be 12:00 - 4:00 p.m., Sunday, October 19, at Woodley Funeral Home, 519 N. 1st St., Greene.
