**K5 Blazer Build Update**

The custom roll cage fabrication for this K5 Blazer has been completed and is ready for the next phase of the build.

Our focus now shifts to installing the third-row seating, addressing a few final details, and beginning final assembly of the vehicle. Every stage of this project has been approached with attention to quality, fit, and functionality to ensure a finished product that meets our standards and the customer's expectations.

We're looking forward to bringing this build together and getting this classic K5 one step closer to completion.

Things are getting interesting at Gearhead Fabrication LLC 😎🔥

Just about to get bending on the roll cage, knocked out the rear quarter panel replacement, and now we’re adding a 3rd row seat… because why not? 😂 Definitely not something you see every day in a build like this.

This one’s getting the full treatment — cutting, fitting, welding, fabrication, and a little creativity to make it all come together clean and functional. The kind of project that keeps the shop fun.

Built tough, built different, and still plenty more to come. Progress will be posted tomorrow.

This thing started life as a regular ATV… now it’s a full custom monster. We swapped in a street bike engine, fabricated custom motor mounts, reworked the frame, and relocated the swing arm to make the whole setup come together right.
One-off build. All custom. All fabricated in-house.
