New to us Baleigh Industrial 5x10 plasma table. Should be able to burn out 1/2" plate, possibly 3/4". Got 3 phase ran to it yesterday thanks to Jeff Davis and Brandon Kisner. Now the learning begins.....

Another install at Vital Farms this last Monday. Stairs and catwalk into a new office area. We had to put gates in the handrail to access their compressed air engine room if it ever gave them trouble. They also asked for a more cleanable design where the decking touches the structural framework. Horrible idea fabrication wise, but they asked and we try to please if possible. We are thankful for the work.

Vital Farms asked us to move a pallet washer into place for them as no one else seemed to be able to figure out a way. The plumbing came up through the floor and was in the way of using two forklifts. We fabbed up a little cart to straddle everything, and it went in pretty easy.

It's been a hectic few weeks. Vital Farms in Springfield, MO is nearing completion of their production expansion. We fabricated and installed an overhead catwalk that was supposed to be in one piece with no legs. Scheduling conflicts dictated that it had to be built in 3 pieces with 2 sets of legs and wrestled into position over and around the new equipment set in place. Each section weighed a bit over 600 lbs, so that was nice.
