New Scott SCBA Equipment Delivery and Training by New Jersey Fire Equipment Company

On Tuesday, March 24th, we received our new SCBA (Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus) equipment, including the Scott X3 Pro Paks, delivered by New Jersey Fire Equipment. After thorough evaluation against other competitors, we confidently chose the Scott X3 Pro model, featuring the Pak Track system, which allows for downed firefighter location—an essential safety feature.

We want to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for the exceptional service and treatment we received throughout the process.

The team at New Jersey Fire Equipment demonstrated extensive knowledge about the SCBA’s, which will greatly enhance our already detailed training programs. This added expertise will enable us to deliver the best safety training to our firefighters, ensuring their protection and preparedness in the field.

We also appreciate how New Jersey Fire Equipment was able to allow us to acquire everything we needed while staying within our budget. Many other suppliers claimed that our requirements were unattainable, but with the support from our local providers in Morganville, we secured even more than expected.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to our firefighters for their commitment to our community's safety, to our commissioners for consistently supporting our needs, and to our residents for recognizing the importance of providing the best gear and equipment, even during challenging economic times. Thank you and congratulations to the Wharton Fire Department on their purchase of an Arctic Compressor LLC Compressor, Triple AUTO Fill Station.

To save the customer money, we reused their ASME Cylinders and high pressure reel.

(1) Scott Hush Air, 3 Phase, 6k PSI, 15HP
(1) Scott Simple Air, 1 Phase, 5k PSI, 10HP
(1) Bauer UNII, 3 Phase, 6k PSI, 10HP, does NOT come with storage cylinders.

Electrical hook up is customer responsibility and a full PM with air test will be conducted once installed.
