If you’ve been following along this weekend, we’ve been hiding keys around The Railyard outdoor spaces all weekend and have been giving away some really cool prizes!

Today, Monday 9/7 - we have hidden the golden key that unlocks a Stanley and a $50 gift card at the Ace.

In addition to the big prize, there are 12 additional keys hidden that can win you everything from a frozen custard, a manicure kit, a Yeti and more
! So grab your friends, your kids, your furry friends and go find some prizes!

Good morning! It’s Sunday, Sept 6th at The Railyard. If you’ve been following along on our Landlord Takeover Scavenger Hunt -
The ROUND TWO KEY DROP starts at NOON Today.

We gave away lots of cool prizes yesterday from our neighbors. And
 today, eight new keys are being hidden and include prizes for a Stanley, a Yeti, a Falcons flag, BBQ Sauce + Spices, Cornbread + Butter hot sauce, a Berens Frozen Custard custard or snow cone and a Brown Sugar Candle from our friends Polished Peach: A TLK Boutique.

The keys will be hidden in plain sight and we will be dropping clues this afternoon. Note: If you find a key and that business is closed, just hold on to it and redeem it during their normal business hours.

Reminder: One prize per key, per person while supplies last. Let’s keep it classy and please keep the hunt responsible: no climbing, entering restricted areas or moving anything that clearly shouldn’t be moved please.

🚹 LANDLORD TAKEOVER UPDATE: WE FOUND THE KEYS. 🔑

The landlords left The Railyard in the hands of their extremely responsible tenants, and being the ones with the Key Machine, we've taken charge.

So we got together with our neighbors and naturally, we’re turning Labor Day weekend into a Railyard-wide scavenger hunt.

From Saturday 10am through Monday, we’ll be hiding tagged keys in PLAIN SIGHT throughout the Railyard outdoor spaces. Find a key and take it to the business named on the tag (during their business hours) to claim your prize!

And we’re not talking about one sad little keychain. Prizes range from cookies, specialty candles and T-shirts to YETIs and grand prizes valued at more than $100!

Follow your favorite Railyard businesses closely
 we’ll be revealing prizes and dropping clues all weekend.

The landlords may have left town, but they probably should have taken their keys. 🔑👀

Hey The Cozy Cork👋 We heard you’re installing a zip line and mimosa bar at The Railyard this week while the landlords are away.

We LOVE this idea. We love it so much that we drew up a few additional improvements of our own.

Blueprints are done. Plans look solid. We see absolutely no reason to involve the landlords.

We think construction can start Monday.

So if you aren’t following The Railyard you may not have heard that the landlords have gone on vacation and left us (the very responsible tenants) in charge.

Obviously, they’ve made an excellent decision.

For the next few days, we’ll be using our newfound authority exactly as you’d expect: making completely reasonable improvements, checking in on our neighbors, and keeping things running smoothly until the adultier adults return.

We already have blueprints. We have ideas. We have an Ace Hardware.

What could possibly go wrong?
