Lincoln and Long also provides surveying services which can include topographic mapping, parcel splits, property line and boundary surveys, preparing legal descriptions and exhibit maps. So if your friend is havng a dispute with their neighbor regarding the location of a property line or easement, have them give Lincoln and Long a call and one of our (2) licensed surveyors can lend them a hand and help to resolve any conflicts by defining the actual location of an easement or property line.

Lately we've had a lot of people come see us regarding code compliance issues with the Building Department. The Building Department is going to start enforcing the levy of fines to those property owners who have unpermitted structures, septic systems and grading. To avoid the potential of any fines, call Lincoln and Long and we can prepare building plans, site plans and structural calculations to submit to the county in order to satisfy code enforcement and eliminate any fines or liens against your property.

As you all know, Grass Valley received between 5-7" of rainfall over the last week- and it's not over yet! This week we can expect to see anywhere between 7-10" of rainfall, often leading to erosion and drainage problems.
