Western red cedar shiplap is looking so nice on our Colorado build 🥹

If you look closely, you’ll see the horizontal girts running behind the siding (the black lines). These are corrugated so that if water ever gets behind the siding, it can drain freely out of the gap at the bottom and avoid causing any future damage to the home. Plus, the very bottom girt has a fine fabric screen that lets water out, but keeps bugs from getting in. Air can flow through too, which lets the wall dry out. Details like this will help this home stay beautiful and functional for many years to come.

Glass is in the house ☀️

This part of Colorado gets a lot of sunny days, and these beautiful windows are oriented to capture as much as possible by facing south. They also happen to look towards some gorgeous mountain views.

Some pics from the last two weeks at our PANL project in Colorado. When we arrived, there was only a vacant lot. When we left this past weekend, the foundation was fully poured and ready for framing ✅

The first PANL Polo Cup was so much fun, and we’re already looking forward to next year’s rematch 🐎 Special thanks to Play Polo Club for organizing and Generations Concrete for co-sponsoring!

Now, back to focusing on a bunch of upcoming projects, including breaking ground on our first PANL-managed build in Colorado. We’ll share updates as we have them, but the high-level news is: yes, we can be your builder(!) and yes, we can now offer custom design! 🥳

Next Sunday (8/24), we’ll be hosting the first ever PANL Polo Cup in our hometown of Granville, Ohio. This is a free event where you can pull right up to the field, set up a chair, and feel the thunder of horses running past as Ohio’s finest polo players and ponies hit the field 🐎

Plus, we’ll have some exciting PANL updates, specifically celebrating our transition into Custom Design/Build and ability to handle construction on more projects moving forward 🎉
