Shawn Dillon, Founder of E&R Property Services: I’ve been in the drainage business for approximately 6 years, and my plan is to become the local, reliable, efficient, and affordable go-to team for all drainage solutions.
My Family: My incredible wife and two children have been by my side through thick and thin, always supporting my passion for helping others. They understand that in order for E&R to accomplish what we set out to do, there will be long days and late nights.
Our Approach: What sets E&R Property Services apart is the trust and relationship we build with our clients. At no point will you feel we are trying to sell you on anything, but rather educate and inform you about the issues you’re dealing with and the best approach for resolution. When you work with E&R, you become family, and we put your concerns at the forefront. We ensure customer satisfaction by managing expectations from the beginning, being upfront about every aspect of any project and properly communicating throughout the entire process.
