⚡Monthly Outlaw Electrical Tip #4⚡
Your space heater might be a bigger power hog than you think..🥶

A typical space heater can use almost as much electricity as a standard 15-amp circuit can safely handle on its own. 👀That means plugging in a space heater alongside other appliances could overload your circuit.

🤠 Outlaw Tip: Always plug space heaters directly into a wall outlet, NEVER an extension cord or power strip! Also keep them at least 3 feet away from anything flammable, and turn them off when you leave the room or go to sleep.

If your breaker keeps tripping when you're trying to stay warm, don't just keep resetting it. The Outlaws can help figure out what's going on!

Panel gremlins - 0
JessiJames Outlaws - 1 (Actually...a lot more but who's keeping count?😉)

This panel is reading right where it should be. On a single-pole circuit such as this one, it should read between 110 volts and 125 volts, but normally sits right at 120 V.

The panel gremlins tried to get us here but we got them this time!
