Traction engine connecting rod bearings have been the popular repair item over the past couple months. We have machine new bearings for 15hp, 50hp and 65hp Case. Also for a 20hp Advance Rumely. The job is a lot more involved then just the bearings, machining the rod faces and pockets back parallel and square is a must. Also making sure the pins are round and parallel. Along with that work the wedges are made new and new hardware install. In the shop we still have another 65hp and a 110hp Case needing connecting rod bearings.

Helping our customers' projects stay on schedule is our priority. Less than 24-hour turnaround from receiving the phone call. We had to source the material, pick it up, machine, and deliver. Started out as 4-3/4" 4140. Finished 4" diameter 32" long.
