Congratulations to 2026 Emerging Leader Jordan Worth, a Construction Learning and Development Specialist at icon Mechanical. In that capacity, she oversees the professional development of her industry peers, partnering with MCA and other organizations to build our industry through education.

Jordan first joined the team at icon in a project management role three years ago, after graduating from the University of Memphis.

She is a rising star on MCA’s Young Professionals Committee, with a special focus on the committee’s community service projects. She consistently leverages her many community connections to find places where MCA’s emerging professionals can make the greatest difference. She is always ready to lend her depth of insight to create opportunity for future leaders.

Jordan, we congratulate you on your accomplishments so far, and we can’t wait to see what you do next!

Over the weekend, the icon mechanical team brought North Carolina to life through our CANStruction build, creating a large-scale outline of the state entirely from donated canned goods.

Designed for both strength and visual impact, this build is a reflection of what’s possible when creativity and teamwork come together. While it may look souper impressive, the real impact goes beyond the structure itself, every can will be donated to Second Harvest Food Bank supporting communities across the region.

One state, Thousands of cans, and powerful reminder that when we work together, we can make a meaningful difference.
