Inside and out, all while the part rotates.

For this custom Cabinet Spray Washer, AEC Systems designed a vertical-driven turntable to hold and rotate a tube during the cleaning cycle. Spray nozzles clean both the inside and outside of the tube, followed by a blow-off cycle that dries the part as it continues to rotate.

AEC Systems designed this Mini Track Conveyor Washer for closed-end cylindrical parts. A pneumatic cylinder pushes each part through the washer, where it is cleaned and dried at a rate of one part every 4.5 seconds.

Parts can be loaded by hand or fed directly from processing equipment, a robot, or a pick-and-place system.

AEC Systems designed this Industrial Tote Cabinet Washer for totes used to hold oil, transmission fluid, and brake fluid. During the cleaning cycle, a center pipe descends through the tote opening to spray the interior, followed by a heated-air blow-off.
