DoRodo®, a caster and wheel company in Greater Grand Rapids, Michigan, is looking for an ideal candidate to fill our Customer Service position. This vital role is essential in creating successful outcomes for our customers and personifies the passion that drives our team to serve with excellence. This position works closely with Sales Support to help serve customer needs by providing assistance and strengthening those partnerships. Works under general supervision with a degree of creativity and latitude required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer communication and support
Compliance protocol and requirements
Providing order updates
Answering phone calls and responding to Customer Service emails
Drafting and sending quotes
Case/Issue coordinator
Arrange travel and lodging for the sales team
Cross-trained for data entry, sales order entry, and invoicing
Internal facilitator for the smooth transfer of information
Duties specific to each sales channel

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Good and effective communication skills
Highly skilled in the art of listening
Adept at prioritizing a wide range of responsibilities
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and healthy curiosity
Great organizational ability
Ability to think creatively with innovative problem solving
Solid computer skills and working knowledge of software platforms
Team player
High school diploma or equivalent
Sales support and customer service experience is a plus, but not required

The engineers at DoRodo work hard to develop the next generation of casters and wheels for use in the office, home, medical, plant floor, and more. Their subsidiaries are FOOT MASTER, Shioppa, and Twin Wheel Caster Solutions.

“Our engineers at FOOT MASTER are obsessed with making the perfect caster,” said Scott Gurley, General Manager at DoRodo. That obsession has led to many innovations, including two new leveling casters, the GDH and GDL.

DoRodo worked with Commercient to SYNC their Sage 200 Pro and Salesforce Professional data, helping to increase efficiency by 35-40%.

“The SYNC’d data is the tip of the iceberg of what we can do with reports, analytics, and even purchasing trends,” explained Scott Gurley, General Manager at DoRodo.
