This is the FUTURE of press brake bending ⬇️

The Euromac FX Bend 1547 is an all‑electric press brake that bends metal parts fast and accurately.

It can bend parts up to about 60 inches long with around 47 tons of force, which is ideal for thin to medium sheet in steel, stainless, and aluminum.

It uses a precision ball‑screw drive instead of hydraulics, so the ram moves quickly and repeats the same position every time.

The CNC backgauge can move in multiple axes to handle parts with several bends, and angle control helps you hit your bend angle without lots of test pieces.

For a fab shop, that means:
✅ Faster setups and shorter changeovers
✅ More consistent angles and less scrap
✅ A compact electric brake that supports your larger press brakes in the shop

Where Tube Lasers Save Time (With Real Examples) ⬇️

If you’re still coping tube with a bandsaw, drill press, and grinder, you’re touching the same part three or four times.

A tube fiber laser like the TS2 collapses those steps by cutting length, miters, holes, slots, and copes in a single program, directly from your CAD.

➡️ Rectangular-circle pneumatic chucks and auto‑centering let you clamp everything from small tube up to roughly 10.75" round and 8.66" square, without fighting setups.

➡️ Bevel and 3D cutting capability means you can cut weld‑prep bevels and compound angles right on the laser, so welders spend more time welding and less time grinding.

➡️ Automatic bundle loading and rapid 25‑second loading cycles keep the machine fed, which is where the real throughput gains show up on higher‑volume tube jobs.

We have a TS2 on the floor at Michfab Machinery right now! If you send me a couple of your current tube parts, I can walk you through exactly which steps the laser would eliminate in your process.

Electric Press Brakes Are Gaining Traction in Fabrication Shops ⬇️

For years, hydraulic press brakes have been the industry standard.

But across North America, more shops are beginning to shift toward electric press brakes and it’s not just because they’re “new.” It’s because they solve real operational problems that impact consistency, efficiency, and long-term cost.

🌟 Here’s why electric technology is gaining serious momentum:

✅ Repeatability Without Operator Dependency
Electric systems deliver consistent bending results cycle after cycle. Less variation means less scrap, less rework, and more predictable output.

✅ Energy Efficiency
Unlike hydraulics that constantly run pumps, electric machines only consume power when moving which reduces energy usage significantly over time.

✅ Lower Maintenance
No oil. No valves. No leaks.
Electric press brakes eliminate many of the wear components that come with hydraulic systems.

✅ Precision & Control
Servo-driven movement allows for extremely accurate positioning that is critical for tighter tolerances and complex parts.

As labor challenges grow and consistency becomes more important than ever, many fabricators are realizing that the future is about control, efficiency, and reliability.

Machines like the Euromac FX Bend 1547 are a great example of how electric technology is moving from niche to mainstream.

If you're evaluating where your forming capabilities need to go next, it may be worth exploring how electric technology fits into your workflow.

Metal fabricators, lets be REAL...

Are you tired of fighting your press brake? 🤷‍♂️

❌ Parts not straight.
❌ Angles off.
❌ Too much setup time.
❌ Operators frustrated.

This Gasparini Industries 225/4000 is built to FIX that.

Most press brakes on the market make you pick between power and accuracy.
➡️ This one gives you both, with 225 tons of force and approximately a 13 ft bed so long parts stay straight and on angle.

Your operators will notice fast:
1️⃣ Smart angle control to hit the right angle quicker
2️⃣ Automatic crowning to keep bends straight from end to end
3️⃣ Less scrap and rework

Setups dragging the whole shop down?
➡️ The advanced backgauge helps you change jobs faster and run complex parts without the brake being the bottleneck.

If you’re tired of slowing the shop at the brake, the Gasparini 225/4000 is the one that actually makes bending easier, not harder.

Here are the top 3 fabrication trends leading into 2026 ⬇️

The metal fabrication industry is moving fast and shops that keep up with these trends are setting themselves apart leading into 2026.

1. Automation
✅ From load/unload towers to part sorting systems, automation is eliminating downtime.
✅ Shops are producing more parts per shift with less labor required.

2. Fiber Lasers
✅ Stand-alone fiber lasers are dominating cutting — faster, more efficient, and lower cost than CO₂.
✅ Handheld fiber laser welders are replacing MIG/TIG in many shops. Up to 4x faster, cleaner welds, and easier to train operators.

3. Precision Press Brakes
✅ Electric and hybrid brakes are delivering ±0.0004" accuracy.
✅ Smarter angle correction = less scrap, more profit.

Hydraulic press brakes had their time. The future is fully electric. Here's Why ⬇️

For years, shops used hydraulic press brakes. They got the job done—but not without problems:

🛠️ Hydraulic Press Brakes
➡️ Need oil changes and lots of upkeep
➡️ Can leak, get noisy, and waste energy
➡️ Slower to run and harder to set up

🔋 Electric Press Brakes (Euromac)
➡️ No oil, no leaks, low maintenance
➡️ Runs quieter and saves energy
➡️ Bends faster with repeatable accuracy
➡️ Easy to use with a compact design

The difference is simple: the electric press brake helps shops do more work, with less downtime, and at lower cost.

🚨 When your $200,000 machine stops mid-job… who picks up the phone? 🚨
(Especially when your machine goes down at 2pm on a Tuesday)

As a fabricator, time is money. And when your press brake or fiber laser goes down mid-shift, who do you call?
➡️ A manufacturer overseas?
➡️ A ticketing system with a 72-hour response time?

Or… do you call someone who knows your team, your machines, and your shop layout?

That’s where a local dealer, like Michfab comes in.

When you buy through a local dealer rather than direct from the manufacturer, you’re not just buying a machine.

You're buying:
✅ Local techs who answer the phone.
✅ Faster part replacements.
✅ Hands-on training and install.
✅ Accountability you can actually shake hands with.

Going direct may sound like a great deal on the front end—but it costs you more in the long run when support is miles (or time zones) away.

👊 We’re proud to back the equipment we sell with the service you deserve. Because machines are only as reliable as the people behind them.

What is the biggest bottleneck for metal fabricators in laser cutting? 🤔

It's not only the cut speed but it's everything that happens before and after the cut.

That’s where the TCI Cutting® fiber lasers completely change the game.
It’s not just the lasers—it’s an automated production system.

🌟 Feature:
➡️ Dual Shuttle Table – Instantly swaps tables so cutting never stops
➡️ Automatic Load/Unload System – Feeds raw sheets in and removes finished parts out
➡️ Tower System – Stores multiple sheet types and auto-feeds the laser based on job queue

🌟 Advantage:
1️⃣ As one sheet is cut, the shuttle table slides the next one into position.
2️⃣ The loader grabs material directly from the tower, feeds it into place, and the unloader stacks finished parts—no human needed.

It’s a continuous loop: load → cut → unload → repeat.

🌟 Benefit:
That means more throughput, less labor, and higher profits—all with the same footprint.

If you're investing in speed, but still loading by hand—you're only halfway there.

✅ Follow Michfab to see how smart automation is transforming job shops across the U.S.
