Fun project, was given this butterfly valve and motor and was told to “mount it and make it work”. We designed two parts one was the fixture that mounts the valve and the motor together and the second was a shaft style actuator. You slide the actuator on a key on the motor then when mounted to the fixture it fits perfectly into the key for the valve. So the motor can actuate the valve and turn it. Love projects like this.

We’ve been anticipating starting this project for weeks now. It is starting to come together not all the way completed, today we designed and cut the fixture and was able to get OP1 nearly completed. Excited to make these shine! ✊🏽✊🏽

3 of these die details sent out to heat treat today. Once heat treated they come back and get hard milled then sent out to wire edm. ✊🏽
