What is That CNC Option and What Does It Do❓
You’re likely familiar with a saw blade, but if you didn’t already know, a saw blade can be attached to CNC routers and mills. Create intricate notches, miter cuts, and straight cuts on up to five sides of your material on a 5-axis machine or by outfitting a 3-axis machine with an aggregate. Saw blades range from small diameter blades (up to 6″) to large diameter blades with a dedicated station (150mm-550mm) and even larger depending on the material, application, and machine. They can also be used as a cutoff tool which can save money if you’re ordering material cut to size, and save time if you're sawing then moving the material for your milling, drilling, and tapping operations.
