This Memorial Day, we proudly display flags in honor of the men and women who have given their lives, those who have served and continue to serve our country. March Madness was a success thanks to a strong participation across the company.
Our Men's and Women's Bracket Challenges wrapped up, along with the always entertaining Toilet Bowl Competitions, and we loved seeing how many people joined in.
Events like this are great way to boost engagement, friendly competition, and connection across teams. Thanks to everyone who took part and helped make it fun from tip-off to the final buzzer.

Yesterday, the Paragon team came together for our Chili Cook Off and it was an awesome reminder of what makes our company special. With great food, friendly competition, and plenty of laughs, it felt less like a workplace event and more like a family gathering. Everyone brought their best recipes, shared stories, and enjoyed time together outside of the daily grind. Events like this show the strong culture we have at Paragon and the kind of team we’re proud to be a part of.

This year, our shop floor went full “ELVES GONE WILD” with escapades, stunts, zip ties and one even ended up stuck in a vice. Who knew elves could be this Naughty or Unsafe? Holiday Cheer all around the shop… but ALWAYS keeping SAFETY FIRST! 🎄👀
