Tackling Q3 goals and strengthening our team at our recent Business Development Meeting! What a huge success and powerful way to head into the final quarter.

We kicked off the day with a deep dive into our individual Culture Index results, learning about each other's unique strengths and how we can become an even stronger team. It's all about appreciating our differences to deliver the best for our clients! 🎯💪

We also took time to celebrate and recognize our amazing associates who exemplify our company culture every day. Their dedication is what makes us who we are! 🌟

But the most rewarding part of the day was giving back. Our team wrapped up by packing 10,000 meals with Rise Against Hunger! This was a truly impactful team-building activity that helped provide hope and sustenance to families in need worldwide. 🌏💙
