In 1979, Grand Rapids Machine Repair incorporated with three employees and 1700 square feet of floor space. Today a staff of 25 including 20 experienced machinists and machine repairmen work a large inventory of equipment at two buildings. Portable equipment further expands our capabilities, as Grand Rapids Machine Repair travels the continental United States to

meet our client’s needs. We are a third generation, family owned and operated business. began working for the company and learning from the Best when he was just 15 years old and is currently the President. The family’s close knit values and strong work ethics translate into honest dependable service. In 1996, Grand Rapids Machine Repair more than doubled in size by adding a new plant solely devoted to housing our Full Service Machine Shop. Originally part of the Repair Shop, our Machine Shop’s location at 3710 Linden allows us to expand and improve our services in both realms, with quality workmanship being our ultimate goal. With our many years of experence and the variety of services we offer in our rigging, machining and repairing departments, Grand Rapids Machine Repair should be your First Choice.
