This week, Sinto was honored to present at the Ductile Iron Society Green Sand Production Seminar.

Matthew H. Meyer, VP of Foundry Sales & Marketing at Sinto America, presented on the molding process, walking attendees through the different types of molding equipment and how they fit into the green sand production process.

Last Friday, Sinto was proud to sponsor and participate in the 2026 AFS Dunning-Horton Golf Outing in Alabama.

Our Sales Manager, Ron Hammond, joined Colby Medlen, Mike Medlen, and Collin McMurry from CPI for a day of networking, collaboration, and friendly competition on the course.

Events like these are a great reminder of the strong relationships that drive the foundry industry forward. We appreciate the opportunity to connect with industry peers, support the AFS community, and strengthen valuable partnerships. Looking forward to next year!

While we were honored to celebrate the recipients of the James E. Donlan Memorial Scholarship at our recent Scholarship Luncheon, one outstanding winner was unable to attend due to completing her internship with Carpenter Technology Corporation.

We would like to take this opportunity to recognize Erin Meyer, one of this year’s scholarship recipients. The James E. Donlan Memorial Scholarship honors students who have demonstrated exceptional academic excellence and achievement, and Erin embodies these qualities through her hard work, dedication, and commitment to success.

This summer, Theron has been gaining valuable hands-on experience in our Engineering Department. Reflecting on his internship experience so far, Theron shared:

Last week, Sinto was pleased to host the annual James E. Donlan Memorial Scholarship Luncheon, recognizing two outstanding students for their academic excellence and achievements. Congratulations to Erin Meyer and Claire Sampson, this year’s scholarship recipients. It was a pleasure to share an afternoon of meaningful conversation and lunch while celebrating your hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence.

The event also provided an opportunity to recognize a significant company achievement, as Sinto America was awarded the Gold Award and the Award for Outstanding Eco-Activities from Sintokogio, reflecting our ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable business practices.

A new Tinker Omega Sinto Robotic Sand Milling Machine is coming together in our manufacturing facility and getting ready for shipment to its new home.
