I needed to make some sample exhaust shields for a project. I knocked these out today. This was 304 .004 dimple sheet. The inconel sheeting might be used one the project. But this worked well for the samples.

Once everything is built, I will insulate and wrap it with heat shield.

Another piece of the puzzle to get my customers twin turbo cobra back on the road. He also recently bought one of my spare blocks Teksid blocks so he could switch from the iron block to an aluminum one .
Don’t worry people these valve covers will be cleaned and dipped with new powder coat coming soon!

This could be one of the cleanest E-Series builds out there. It has taken months to design and develop some of the components that are inside this van.

This van started out getting a the 4x4 conversion and other upgrades. That turned out awesome.
Then from there it came to HancoFab for custom all aluminum interior with a crazy electrical system boasting 600AH of and components.
