This is one of my favorite bikes of all time!!! built this bike many years ago and he’s bringing it back to this year!!!!! Wish I could join everyone there this year, hopefully one day I’ll make it to the big show!!!

Frame I hard tailed for He bought the hardtail kit which came with a new seat post casting. Those castings can be a bitch to get off and the one on his frame was in good shape so I decided to leave the middle section of the casting but cut off the arms that weld to each side of the frame and use the arms from the new casting. The reason why I did this is because it’s also a bitch to reuse the stock arms cause you have grind out the tubing that was welded to them and you have to cut and shorten them anyways so why not use nice new arms that wrap around the frame perfectly!!!! Built a frame fixture instead of buying one. Used what I had laying around the shop, wish I would have had a 1/2” thick plate for the main part of it but I didn’t so I welded 3 pieces together.
