It’s the first of the month! This morning, let us introduce you to Valerio!

Valerio joined the Noble Plastics team nearly 2 years ago after working in a food manufacturing environment. “It’s way, way, way different from [the food manufacturer] … It’s smooth, less stress.” Valerio joined our team as a nightshift operator in Opelousas and is currently working as one of our nightshift Lead Operators. As a Lead Operator, Valerio helps our night shift team members with material handling, part quality, and general upkeep of the facility throughout the shift.

“It’s a good place to work. I tell people to go [find job postings] on Indeed or to the temp service.”

When Valerio is not at work, he’s either playing dominoes or cooking up barbeque on his grill. Thank you for making our team stronger, Valerio!

It is one of our favorite celebrations to prepare for, when one of our team members reaches the 10 year mark at Noble Plastics. This month, we were so excited to celebrate Dajun joining the 10 year club! There are not nearly enough words to explain how impactful Dajun's collaboration with our team has been over the years. D has worn several hats within our organization and currently serves as our Warehouse Manager. Thank you for the time you've given to our team. Construction continues at our Grand Coteau facility as we prepare to supply precision-molded component parts for solar power generation technologies produced by First Solar.

The most exciting part...? The expansion will add 𝟮𝟵 direct new jobs and support approximately 𝟴𝟬 local manufacturing positions, strengthening American manufacturing while creating new opportunities in our local community.
