is an original equipment manufacturer and retailer of food processing equipment specialized for the pecan shelling and cracking industry. We have machines for the cracking, shelling, and processing of pecans from in-shell sizing to final inspections. This includes a full line of support equipment such as elevators, conveyors, and bulk holding bins. In addition to these, we have a full line of equipment that are specialized for the pecan industry such as in-shell sanitizers, crackers, shellers, and dryers. Using our equipment, a pecan processor can remove all shell from the nutmeat while maintaining the highest number of halves. We have the experience to help a company setup or improve any size processing plant. We have been supporting the pecan industry since the '60s. Recently we’ve come across several pieces of really good used equipment that I would like to move. We have used Quantz crackers with parts, a great used inspection table, a couple of elevators, several champion crackers, and the only Meyer certified refurbished crackers on the market.

We were honored to welcome the brilliant minds from the University of Georgia College of Engineering!
These students came to continue their research on pecan cracking and shelling technologies, a congressionally funded effort to advance our industry. Their tests were conducted using our cutting-edge equipment and our new tempering process - JC Cracker, 18" Sheller, 8" Cyclone Head Blower - to determine which paddle shaft pin material yields the best half percentages from the 18" Sheller. A key factor in maximizing efficiency and kernel quality!

We extend our sincere gratitude to UGA College of Engineering for their dedicated efforts on this important research. We are proud partner with them and support the future of pecan processing!
