The Pub McDonough Project

-30'×30'×10' metal building with 15’ cover awning. 12" Ibeam frame with 8" c-purlin rafters and wall girts. Three 8'×8' roll up doors. One 3070 door and four 3'x6' windows.
-272' of 42" tall flat top railing built out of 1.5" tubing top and bottom rails with 3/4" tubing pickets and 2" tubing post.
-160' of 1.5" tubing handrail 36" off ground along stairs and ramp area.
-Double 80" tall by 6' wide gates built out of 2x3 rectangular tubing with black R-panel sheeting and trim. 4x4 tubing hinge post with greaseable hinges.
-65"×36"×48" exhaust cover built with a 1" tubing frame with 14g sheet metal outer cover.

5’x10’x12’ safe room. This is the first safe room we’ve built and installed in one piece. Built out of 3/8” steel and 2”x2”x1/4” angle iron, weighing a little less than 3 tons. SnapSafe vault door.

Most of our work is in Hood county or surrounding counties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various welding techniques (MIG & Stick) to fabricate and repair metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, and technical drawings
- Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Qualifications:
- Experience as a welder (minimum 3 years preferred)
Experience with metal structures and metal fabrication.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
