PERMATECH Inc. began as an Alcoa research project in 1972 to develop precast ceramic substitutes for asbestos containing shapes in aluminum casting applications. In 1986, the facility was relocated to its current location in North Carolina, and was formally established as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alcoa. In December of 2003, Permatech Inc. was acquired by two of the former company managers. PER

MATECH offers Engineering and Design Services for the ingot and billet casting industry furnace block metal fabrication systems precast shapes for the automotive and architectural industry such as shafts, rotors ladels, crucibles, casting tables, transition plates, casting tools etc. we also do local custom welding, on-site construction consulting, we sell Miscellaneous concrete cast items that are formed using recycled materials metals and ceramics to create outdoor items like pet markers firebowls, etc.
