These ladies have river water in their DNA... their family has been at the Marina for over 20 years and on the river for generations. They aren’t just "in business", they’re keeping the heartbeat of the Mississippi and Illinois rivers steady.

Located right at the confluence of the Mississippi (Mile Marker 218) and the Illinois (Mile Marker 0.7), this family-owned lifeline is officially open at Grafton Harbor. Whether it's a "must-have-it-now" grocery run from Sinclair Foods, a crew change, or getting that Amazon.com package delivered mid-river; these ladies have it covered 24/7.

We love seeing our local businesses unite the river community with our town. It’s more than just a delivery service; it’s Grafton hospitality on the water! 🌊✨

Grafton Towboat Services is hiring dependable part-time delivery drivers to support our river operations by land and water.

💲 $25 per hour
⏱ 2-hour minimum per call
🌙 additional pay for extended hours delivery

This role focuses on delivering groceries and supplies directly to towboats and dock locations using company vans and company boats.

Job duties include:
• Delivering orders to towboats and river dock facilities
• Operating a pontoon boat and trailer (training provided; some boating experience required)
• Driving short, local van routes to nearby docks
• Providing professional, courteous customer service while ensuring safe, accurate, and on-time deliveries

What we’re looking for:
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded individuals
• Comfortable working outdoors in a river environment year-round
• Team players who work well with others
