🤯 Did you know…Zwift isn’t just for runners…

🚶‍♂️ It’s for WALKERS too.

Whether you’re:
• Just getting started
• Coming back from injury
• Building consistency
• Or just not in the mood to run

You can still jump into Zwift and be part of something bigger.

👉 The Friday Walk/Run Intervals group:
• 60 sec walk
• 90 sec run
• Repeat to 5K

✔ All paces welcome
✔ Tons of support
✔ Led by Steph Koett

If you’re already a runner on Zwift, you know how powerful it can be to stay consistent, follow structure, and feel connected—even when you’re training indoors.

There are a lot of people out there who don’t think about using the treadmill for walking, but with the Runn and Zwift, the treadmill can be fun and efficient way to side step bad or hot weather…whether they’re walkers, getting back into it, or just trying to build the habit...these tools can help!

That’s exactly who this is for.

Share this with someone in your life who is trying to get moving—someone who says they “should start,” someone working back with a coach, or someone who just needs a welcoming place to begin.

Sometimes all it takes is knowing there’s a group where you won’t be judged, won’t be left behind, and won’t feel out of place.

This view makes my $250 Facebook Market Place Treadmill world class! My coaches workout uploaded to the top left side, all I need to do is match up the paces and incline...I used to write the workout out and then tape up the piece of paper to the treadmill...then I needed to convert MPH into MPM...not anymore!

Treadmill runners… quick survey 👇

When you’re logging miles indoors, are you treating it like a “real” run when it comes to fueling…or just winging it until your legs file a complaint?

👉 Do you use gels on the treadmill?
👉 When do you start taking in calories? (Time? Distance? Feel?)
👉 What’s your go-to: gels or fluids like Gatorade?

I’ve found people fall into 3 camps:
1️⃣ “It’s just a treadmill run… I’ll eat later”
2️⃣ “Anything over 60 min = fuel like race day”
3️⃣ “Somewhere in between depending on the workout”

No wrong answers here just curious how you all approach it.

Also…if you’re putting in serious treadmill miles, make sure you’re actually getting credit for them 👇

Accurate pace + simple Zwift interface = way easier to dial in effort and do prescribed workouts!…which makes fueling decisions a whole lot smarter.

There’s this idea that the treadmill is just a fallback…

But a lot of really good runners see it a little differently 👇

Molly Seidel said it best:
“I actually like the treadmill for workouts because you can really lock into pace.”

Des Linden keeps it even simpler:
"The treadmill is a tool. If it helps you get the work done, use it.”

And if you zoom out—even Kipchoge’s approach to training is built on discipline and precision...and precision is what you get on your trainer - especial when the data is correct.

Because sometimes the goal isn’t to “just run”…
It’s to hit the exact effort. No Stop lights, unplanned for hills, Wind!

That’s where indoor running shines:
✔️ Controlled pace
✔️ Repeatable workouts
✔️ No variables messing with the plan

But only if your data is right…

That’s where the RUNN comes in 👇
RUNN Smart Treadmill Sensor

If you’re using platforms like Zwift or following workouts in TrainingPeaks, it makes sure what you feel matches what’s actually happening.

No guessing. Just good training.

So yeah…just turn it up to eleven and crush it!

The treadmill isn’t a fallback.
It’s just another way to get the work done.

Tech Tip: Level Up Your Treadmill Runs

Pair the RUNN sensor with a workout on Zwift and you’re already getting your treadmill data the way it was meant to be - speed, cadence… all feeding into the workout.

But here’s a way to kick it up another notch...

Use Spotify to build a playlist that matches the pace of the workout.

Just eyeball the pace for the day.

Easy run?
Maybe 9:30 pace.

Speed day and things get a little spicy?
Maybe 7:30 pace.

Then search something like:

“Playlist for a 9:30 mile.”

Spotify will go through your liked songs and build a playlist that matches that tempo.

So now your treadmill run has:

• Visuals from Zwift
• Accurate data from RUNN
• Music that matches your pace from Spotify.

Boom. Just like that your treadmill run has audio and visuals dialed in.

Try it:
Make a playlist and tell us what the first song Spotify chooses for you. 🎧🏃‍♂️
