Every quarter comes together for a Plant Meeting. These all-hands meetings put every team member in the same room to review the past quarter and look ahead to the next.

At our October meeting each year, we invite our team to where PINK in support of the Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital campaign. This year, we took it a step further - designing our own shirts and distributing them to our team members.

Join us in Painting Tusc Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness this month and encouraging your friends and loved ones to take screening for breast cancer seriously. HAPPY MFG DAY!

We're excited to kick-off Manufacturing Month by recognizing our October Team Member Anniversary - Kim Caton! Kim first joined our team through a Temp Agency and then decided to transition into a full-time role with us.

We're hoping that thanks to tonight's open house, we'll have MORE October anniversaries to celebrate next year! Come visit us tonight from 4-6pm and see what we do at Tusco.

Michaela previously spent her summers with Tusco, and we are so proud to have her back on the floor this school year.

Her work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude make her an incredible team member. We are excited to see what this year has in store for her.

We have nearly 100 seniors who have qualified to participate in our School-to-Work program so far this year! Occasionally, we will highlight these students on our social media channels. These students are required to submit paperwork and hours that are tracked by our lab instructors and Mr. Wallick. Mr. Wallick pops into their workplaces occasionally and provides these photos.

Our first 26-27 STW featured student is Michaela Creager! Michaela, a Welding senior, is employed at TuscoMFG in Gnadenhutten.

Kait will be chatting about Tusco, the upcoming MFG Day and Manufacturing Month - plus Little Theatre of Tuscarawas County and United Way of Tuscarawas County, Inc.. It’s going to be a great morning on the radio, make sure to tune in.

We know affordable, accessible childcare is a barrier to entry for many adults who want to work. Years ago, we created flexible part-time roles for parents and caregivers to be able to work around their kids' schedules. Now, we're expanding our support of working families by partnering with Flourish Early Learning Center for safe and reliable child care for our team members.

We've also taken it a step farther by supporting our team members who may be caring for an aging parent or a disabled family member. We offer a monthly stipend to assist with the cost of their care as well.

Although she is difficult to spot in this photo of an incredible group of leaders, our own VP of Finance & Analytics Courtney Bick is among this year's Leadership Tuscarawas class members. We know that Tusco and Courtney will benefit greatly from the program and we look forward to an excellent year ahead!

The 24th Leadership Tuscarawas class is off to a great start at Mohican Lodge and Conference Center. This is another record year for enrollment in the program. A beautiful sunny day at a great venue.

We are introducing a new curricular model for the program: LEAD-TUSC, based on Brene' Brown's landmark book, Dare to Lead.

Length of tenure is a point of pride for us at TuscoMFG. Many of my team members have been with the company for over a decade, including our two team members celebrating their Tusco work anniversaries this month.

We are incredibly grateful for the years of expertise that Lonnie Meek and James Smith have cultivated at Tusco. Their dedicated service to their teammates and our clients keeps projects moving through our plant so we can deliver on-time, on-spec, and on-budget.
