Underground Utility Locating and Consulting Services Gumfory Underground (GU) is a Private Underground Utility Locating and Consulting Company.

We provide an array of damage prevention services to both residential and commercial clients. Water, sewer and generator power location services for Yukon Koyukuk Shool District teacher housing in the remote village of Minto.

Locate and intercept collapsed sewer line for repair and reactivation.

CVUS responded within one hour of the call and was on site in 13 hours. Contractors were clear to dig within 24 hours of the blockage.

The Traceable Duct Hunter by Jamison glides easily through burried conduit alongside unarmormered unlocatable fiber optics. The tone transmitted through the insulated wire with the use of an EM frequency transmitter allows for precision accurate horizontal location and vertical depth analysis.

Within this cellular lease area, this technology is used to protect Verizon Wireless and AT&T/Firstnet fiber optic runs while the contractor is installing and upgrading services to a third carrier GCI.
