What a Year It’s Been: Reflecting on 2025 and Looking Ahead to 2026

This year has been one of incredible growth, innovation, and meaningful collaboration. As we close out 2025, we're grateful for the partnerships we've built, the milestones we've achieved, and the team that makes it all possible. Here are just a few highlights:

- Honoring Michael Stoehr: We took time to honor the legacy of Michael Stoehr at our Milwaukee facility. Stories were shared across the company, and a tree was planted as a living tribute to his impact on our organization.

- Local Sponsorships: From the Sista Strut breast cancer walk in Wisconsin to local STEM initiatives, robotics, and racing teams, we are proud to invest in our communities and create meaningful impact throughout 2025 and into 2026.

- Collaboration with Panasonic: A video from Panasonic Connect Process Automation showcased our gratitude for an incredible partner and more robust factory automation!

- CEO Spotlight: Our CEO made his first appearance on the Hiring For Good Podcast, sharing insights on leadership and lean manufacturing.

- Trade Shows: Our teams represented Screaming Circuits and Milwaukee Electronics at five major industry events, including PCB East, PCB West, APEX, NEDME, and SMTA Oregon. Each show was an opportunity to connect with customers, showcase our capabilities, and strengthen relationships.

- Partnerships: Collaboration between Sunstone and Screaming Circuits allowed us to complete the Parts Project. Now, customers have the option for full turnkey orders from either company!
