Designing spaces where business, community, and lifestyle connect!

Bedminster Village Square continues to take shape as an economic and community hub in Bedminster, NJ. GDI is proud to collaborate with Advance Realty Investors throughout this multi-phase redevelopment, supporting the project from planning and design through approvals and construction administration.

GDI’s work has focused on key site improvements, including stormwater management, parking, and outdoor amenities - collaborating with the project’s design consultants to create a more connected, functional, and welcoming space.

A key part of the redevelopment is Freshpet's corporate headquarters. Designed with employees (and their pets!) in mind, the campus brings Freshpet’s pet-friendly culture to life through thoughtful details, from the vibrant Freshpet truck and pet sculpture welcoming visitors at the entrance to the outdoor patio and recreation areas.

With the Freshpet headquarters now complete, the next phases of Bedminster Village Square are beginning to take shape. GDI is excited to continue supporting the redevelopment and help bring the vision for this evolving destination to life!

The Intsel Steel Campus project showcases how thoughtful planning, innovative design, and collaboration can create a successful balance between project goals and the surrounding environment.

Through strategic design measures, including efforts to mitigate nighttime light exposure and improve site access, the team helped advance the project while thoughtfully integrating with the existing surroundings.

We’re excited to share an important milestone for the Toll Brothers - 4 Gatehall Drive project in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ! Our team recently secured Planning Board approval for the Preliminary and Final Site Plans, along with a Major Soil Moving Permit, advancing this redevelopment project to the next phase.

This project will transform an underutilized office site into a 178-unit multifamily inclusionary townhouse community on a 14-acre property, bringing new housing opportunities to the area.

Congratulations to the entire project team, including Toll Brothers, Dynamic Engineering, John McDonough, P.P., A.I.C.P., L.A., and GDI's Rob Moschello P.E., John Lowe, P.E., Eric Van Assen, P.E., Jenna Scuteri, and James Laurice, E.I.T.
